PLACE: Using the largest opening of the fabric, PLACE Duality over the back of your head with the elastic loop close to your neck. 

POSITION: Using your hands, guide your hair inward, POSITIONING your hair inside of the fabric. 

TWIST: TWIST Duality (with your hair inside) securely. 

LOOP: Place the end of the twisted fabric inside of the secure elastic LOOP to keep Duality in place. 

How do I wash and dry Duality? 

Duality can be machine-washed and dried. You can also air dry Duality after use on wet hair.
